They Deserve Better Dog Rescue Smithfield is a non profit 501 c organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of neglected, mistreated, and/or unwanted dogs.  All dogs rescued receive all immunizations and are spayed/neutered and provided medical attention needed.  Our dogs are kept in foster homes where they receive love and socialization and let us learn a little each dog's personality to help us better find them their best furever home possible. Our rescue takes in many cases that require very expensive treatments and surgeries. 

They Deserve Better Dog Rescue is now taking applications for foster families. If you  have room in your home and your heart and some extra time, please complete and submit the on line application to foster.

Be advised that references are important, and you must be available to  transport the dog to any veterinarian appointments, talk with prospective adopters and be available to transport the dog to adoption sight.  WE ARE A ALL VOLUNTEER GROUP.
